IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • This tour doesn't include transfers, the best and cheapest way to reach is through public transportation, i.e ( Taxis, Metro etc.)
  • Original Passport / Emirates id is mandatory to carry during this trip.
  • Life Jacket is mandatory for all once aboard according to UAE rules and regulations.  
  • Hours can be extended upon request with additional charges. (Subject to availability)
  • No pets or animals of any kind are allowed on board.
  • The number of individuals on board must not exceed the number stated on the charter registration.
  • Cruising Hours can be extended with an extra charge on request. (Subject to availability)
BOOKING POLICY
Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
Ticket Policy - Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
